We built the parteveryone leaves to you.
Outreach tools stop at “sent.” The reply is where meetings are actually won, and it is the one part still done by hand at 11pm. Syndie exists to close that gap — not with another inbox, but with someone who answers.
A tool that stops at “sent” is half a tool.
Every outreach product on the market is good at the same things: finding people, writing a first line, pressing send. Then it hands you a full inbox and calls the job done. The work that decides whether a campaign was worth running — answering the question, handling the hesitation, getting the call on the calendar — lands back on the person who bought the tool to avoid exactly that.
Syd is our answer. It does the research and the writing like anything else would, and then it keeps going: it replies, it works through objections, it checks with you when it does not know, and it books the meeting. What it never does is invent a fact to keep a conversation moving.
Three rules we hold even when they cost us.
It never pretends to be human.
If a prospect asks directly, Syd says it is an assistant working with you, and tells you it was asked. Reputation is the asset being spent in every outbound message, and it is not ours to spend.
It never invents an answer.
Syd replies from what you have taught it — your pricing, your case studies, your objection handling. When it does not know, it says so and asks you, rather than producing something plausible.
You can stop it in one move.
Pause a campaign, a client, or Syd entirely, and it stops within a minute. Every action it has taken is in a permanent record you can read.
Who is behind it.
Syndie is built by Upturn Consultancy LLC. We are a small team that has run outbound for our own businesses and for clients, which is where the product comes from — every part of it started as something we needed and could not buy.
The reply is where meetings are won. Let Syd take it.
